Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the contact and project details you provide, such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, apparel needs, quantity, deadline, notes, and any artwork you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use this information to understand the request, prepare a quote, communicate about the project, and keep an internal record of its status.

When we share it

We may use trusted service providers to operate the site, support customer service, or fulfill a request. They may use information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell quote-request information.

Analytics choices

If analytics is enabled, the site asks before collecting optional product-usage analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent you from requesting a quote. Quote form fields and customer notes are not sent as analytics event properties.

Retention and requests

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to coordinate the request, operate the service, and meet legitimate operational obligations. To make a privacy request, use the contact form and label your note “Privacy request.”
